We offer private medical insurance, a negotiable salary for the right candidate, and the flexibility to work from home once you are up-to-speed with the requirements.What you’ll be doing ISO Compliance and Management:- Collaborate with consultants to audit and update systems according to ISO standards.- Manage documentation and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO requirements.Legal Compliance and Contractual Management:- Manage new customer onboarding processes to ensure all legal and contractual requirements are met.- Review and process a backlog of contracts and legal documents with customers and partners.- Ensure all customers are covered under updated contracts with clearly defined review periods.Contract Management:- Oversee the renewal processes for company insurance and other critical contracts.- Maintain a database of all company contracts with renewal and expiration alerts.Financial Analysis and Cost Management:- Verify billing accuracy and ensure compliance with pricing structures.Pre-sales and Customer Proposals:- Assist in crafting customized proposals to meet specific customer requirements.- Support the sales team by providing analytical data and insights during the pre-sales process.Market and Competitor Analysis:- Evaluate competitor pricing and offerings to benchmark our services and identify market trends.- Prepare reports on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.Supplier Management:- Regularly review supplier performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements.- Manage and review supplier contracts, including negotiation of terms and monitoring of contract end dates to ensure timely renegotiations.Risk Management:- Identify potential risks related to business operations and supplier dependencies.- Develop mitigation strategies to manage identified risks.Project Management Support:- Assist with the management of key projects, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.- Facilitate communication across different departments to ensure alignment with project goals.Operational Efficiency Improvements:- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.- Implement and monitor process improvements across various departments.Experience- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the MSP or service provider industry.- Very strong Microsoft Word, outlook and Excel skills- In-depth knowledge of ISO management systems and compliance requirements.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Capable of working independently and in a team environment.- Good communications skills.What We Offer- Private medical insurance.- Flexible working arrangements.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development with professional based training.- Competitive salary (negotiable for the right candidate).How to ApplyIf you are ready to take on a new challenge and help drive our company's growth, we would love to hear from you.
