Business Analyst c£40,000 - £45,000 base + benefits Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the officeThis emerging scale-up is a cloud-based, supply chain management software platform. They’ve seen consistent year-on-year growth in the past few years and are looking to grow their team further due to customer demand.This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst looking to step up from standard BAU activities and act as the bridge between the customer and the business. You’ll be instrumental in solution design and project planning among a wider team of Engineers and Architects.About the Company:A leading provider of supply chain management software, they create software that their customers use to manage the relationship with their suppliers. The platform unifies data, streamlines internal processes, and aligns objectives with suppliers, making their customers more efficient.About the Business Analyst role:What you will do:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document project requirements, objectives, and constraints.Analyse and document business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.Work with development teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, aligning with best practices and industry standards.Participate in project planning, define timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and develop project documentation.Ideal Requirements for This Role:3+ years of experience as a project manager/business analyst or similar role.Proven experience in delivering and managing SaaS projects, preferably in a business analyst role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of IT and/or SaaS technologies and trends.Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.Apply to the Role:Roles like these are snapped up very quickly, so act now if you do not want to miss out!
