Harvey Nash is working with an well-known organisation who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with proven experience across the finance and insurance sector. Within this role you will be responsible for: Contact Centre/Telephony Experience Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.Experienced in: Capability Maps, Business Impact Assessments, Requirements, Epics & User Stories, Business Designs, and Options Papers.Work closely with technology teams to ensure business requirements are accurately executed.Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with Offshoring experience.
