Business Analyst - LondonFront to back office, Python, SQL, ExcelOur well established Hedge Fund client is seeking and experienced Business Analyst to join their London based team in a permanent role:This role is circa £70 - 80k base salary and will be based onsite in central London 4 days a week with 1 home office.Your Role:We seek an experienced Business Analyst for our Hedge Fund business. The successful candidate will work closely with all different business stakeholders on workflow automation solutions concerning compliance, risk, portfolio management, operations, and trading.The candidate should demonstrate strong technical skills and financial product knowledge. They must have experience working alongside a global team to deliver solutions that adhere to firm wide standards. They will oversee the implementation and configuration to provide the solution to the end business user. The role is one that requires full understanding of the in house and third-party systems and dependencies. It is also required to be able to design and create the reporting and controls that need to be in place to maintain the solutions.Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related field and relevant work experience.Understanding of financial instruments Ability to write complex SQL.Ability to work independently to meet goals and objectives with minimal supervision.
