Business Analyst

(Contract) Business Analyst: Finitas are exclusively working with a rapidly-growing Managing General Agent (MGA) who're seeking an interim Business Analyst for a minimum of 6-months, likely 12months+Project:You'll be working autonomously to gather requirements and create user stories to support growth on a wide array of core business projects as well as supporting the MGA function, liaising seamlessly with a range of different stakeholders, SME's and affiliated companies. You will likley play a role in the successful delivery of two new insurance management systems (for Claims & Underwriting) both of which are already underway.As an SME contractor, you'll need to be a self-starter with outstanding stakeholder management who's able to bring experience driving successful IT Change & Transformation.Essential:3-5 years+ Contract Business Analyst Experience in ChangeStrong skills in JIRAPrior experience working on IT & Systems Change projectsOutstanding Stakeholder ManagementConfident working autonomously within an agile environmentDesirable:Lean Six Sigma Certified and/or Prince 2 CertifiedInsurance Management System delivery experienceInsurance Background (e.g. Underwriting / MGA / Claims)Contract Details:Contract Duration: 6 months+Rate: £550 per day (Outside IR35)Working Arrangements: First week in office, then fully-remote.Start Date: ASAPEquipment: Provided (Laptop + Company Phone)Sponsorship: Not available.
