Business Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst will hold responsibility for providing business support and troubleshooting for various critical software applications used across the organisation, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Chess and Power BI. Working closely with the business teams end users, other internal IT personnel and the various support companies, this role needs to ensure the smooth running of all business systems and resolve any associated issues promptly or escalate to the appropriate 3rd party support company where appropriate.
Role Requirements
Monitor and action support request tickets from the Business teams relating to the business application suite promptly
Provide application support and guidance for users of D365 Business Central
Working with the internal Business Analyst, develop new or modify current user guides, training materials, and Standard Operating Procedures for D365 Business Central
Diagnose and troubleshoot application-centric issues (e.g. bugs, configuration issues and network connectivity problems)
Identify system improvements and ways to increase efficiency opportunities
Assist users with application inquiries and provide training where appropriate
Engage with internal teams around technical and business process solutions and interact with internal and external subject matter experts on incidents and service requests
Assist in the installation, configuration and testing of application updates, patches and regression testing
Document issues, requests, and solutions within the ITSM system
Contribute/maintain the internal knowledge base & Identify process improvements
This role is Hybrid between our Central London office (3 days per week) and home based (2 days per week).
