Business Analyst, London WC2 (hybrid 1 day per week), £60 - 75k + benefits

About the role

The transformation to AWS is well underway and there are a large number of integration and business improvement projects to be supported. Your analytical and business modelling expertise, will help to support change immature stakeholders in ensuring efficiencies and savings across the business improvement initiatives. Working across the full lifecycle of projects, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing and communicating business requirements in line with project objectives. With a flat collaborative structure you'll be supporting, developing and implementing standards for business analysis processes and deliverables.

Experience required

• Broad knowledge of requirement gathering techniques.
• Translate stakeholder and business needs into concise solution requirements.
• Excellent business process modelling skills.
• Document complex business issues and processes and any impact cloud solutions may have.
• Proficient in Jira with an understanding of the SDLC
• Ability to engage 3^rd party developers and business partners to achieve strong outcomes across all layers of the business
• Demonstrable experience of working in both an agile and waterfall environment, and on business change projects.

This is a friendly but busy environment, with highly flexible working patterns and so long a you have the Cloud transformational experience they are open on sector experience. Any knowledge of Edtech and B2C customer portals would be an advantage.
