Business Analyst

Business Analyst Start Date: ASAP

Salary: �40,000 - �45,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid/Horsham (2 days in the office per week)
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (phone number removed)

I am looking for a Business Analyst to help my client improve business processes and systems by analysing data and making appropriate recommendations.

Required background:

• 
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 
  3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• 
  Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint planning, etc.)
• 
  Experience with Confluence and Jira
• 
  Ability to collaborate, establish and maintain a strong professional relationship with team members, and department contacts
• 
  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is necessary
• 
  Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
• 
  Educated to degree level in a relevant IT subject matter or appropriate business experience
