We are seeking a commercially driven and dynamic Business Centre Manager to lead the operations, sales, and marketing efforts at a purpose-built business hub that supports a thriving community of innovators, creatives, and businesses in Suffolk. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the financial and operational success of the centre while enhancing its reputation as a leading destination for business growth.

Responsibilities
Act as the face of the Business Centre at local, regional, and national levels, promoting its offerings and enhancing its reputation for excellence.
Lead sales, marketing, and operational activities to attract new clients and retain existing occupiers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Oversee the financial performance of the centre, ensuring all aspects of sales and marketing are executed to maximise revenue.
Provide regular Financial Management Information, including monthly billing, revenue collection, and financial reporting.
Manage expenses within budgetary guidelines, recommend cost-saving measures, and present annual budgets with proposals for price adjustments and CAPEX requirements.
Identify and implement opportunities to generate additional revenue streams.
Promote available space within the centre, targeting potential clients through networking and collaboration with public sector and investment bodies.
Generate revenue from various products and services offered within the centre.
Develop and implement marketing initiatives and collateral tailored to the centre.
Maintain an up-to-date awareness of the services, projects, and expertise offered to effectively promote them to clients and partners.
Ensure the centre's facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Foster a culture of exceptional customer care, encouraging feedback from both staff and tenants to continuously improve service quality.
Ensure that competent staff are always on duty to handle emergencies.
Lead and manage a team of three staff members, along with any temporary workers.
Promote a collaborative and supportive work environment that motivates and empowers the team to achieve their best.
Skills and Experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within a Business Centre environment.
Strong negotiation skills, with a history of securing favourable terms in a previous role.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent account management skills, with a focus on fulfilling contractual obligations and meeting KPIs.
Refined networking abilities, capable of identifying and capitalising on revenue opportunities.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to maximise performance.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to be both tactful and persuasive.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to the companys broader success.
Client-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively multitask.

Hours Of Work
37.5 hours per week
Monday Friday
