Working on behalf of our esteemed and prestigious partner within the Flexible Office Space world, you'll be at the helm of the day-to-day operations, elevating facility standards, cultivating stakeholder relationships, and implementing strategic sales tactics to optimise occupancy. A Day in The Life As a Business Centre Manager within the flexible office space sector, you oversee the daily operations and management of a dynamic business hub. Your role involves ensuring the seamless functioning of the centre, from maintaining facilities and managing budgets to fostering relationships with tenants and addressing their needs. You coordinate with various teams to provide exceptional customer service, handle administrative duties, and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients. By creating a productive and welcoming environment, you help businesses thrive and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the flexible office space. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust sales and marketing strategy to maximise space occupancy.
Oversee the daily activities of the centre's receptionists, ensuring seamless operations.
Address tenant inquiries, managing their expectations regarding the site and workspace.
Handle customer inquiries, arrange viewings, and facilitate sales and lettings.
Conduct audits and inspections to maintain a compliant and safe working environment.
Coordinate maintenance requests and collaborate with on-site external contractors.
Forecast tenant occupancy and create rent forecasts for upcoming months.
Ensure compliance with statutory H&S obligations and maintain up to date GDPR and AML knowledge.
Identify and escalate issues and risks promptly.
Conduct professional and friendly viewings, identifying upselling opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
Proven success in a business-to-business sales environment with a minimum of 2years experience.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team (1 3 people)
Experienced in self generation of new business sales leads.
Strong negotiation skills
Experienced account management is highly desirable.
Experience in property management in highly desirable
Professional communication skills in building and maintaining business relationships.
Experience in previous P&L responsibility is highly desirable.
Good working knowledge of MS office, Excel, word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
Hours of Work:
Monday Friday
8:30am 5:30pm
