Please note this role is outside IR35 and will require two days a week onsite in London.
Requirements
Skilled/experienced Business Change Manager. The role involves managing business change within a Sales Function and will transform the team to be more proactive as opposed to reactive. Salesforce is being implemented to any previous Salesforce experience would be advantageous.

- Proven background as a Business Change Manager working on enterprise change programmes
- Proven experience of working well with people affected by business change
- Experience of managing communication across senior stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Combination of technical and interpersonal skills (prepare for and drive changes through communication skills/change communications, technical skills, stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills, empathy - recognise change impact for affected teams)
- Team-player with the ability to build strong working relationships and ability to work alongside project managers and change managers, provide guidance and support
