Job Title:
Business Change Lead
Description & Background:
We are currently looking to recruit the Business Change Lead who will directly report to the Business Change Manager. If you are successful, you will support the Lead with the holistic Business Change strategy and implementation of business change activities across the Digital and IT landscape. You will work closely with their peers in Digital & IT in the areas of Delivery Assurance, Testing, Information Management and Integration.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple Business Change workstreams across programmes
Quality assure Business Change deliverables
Provide oversight on digital partner activities
Manage external Business Change resources
Ensure robust Business Case benefits identification
Report Business Change performance
Mentor and line manage junior resources
Experience Required:
5+ years managing business change in IT environments
Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience coordinating change across multiple programmes
Ability to coach junior resources
Degree or equivalent
ACPM or CMI membership
Prosci or APMG Change Management certification
Desirable: Experience in nuclear, energy, construction, or manufacturing

£350 PAYE to £475 UMBRELLA per day
