Job DescriptionWe're on a mission to give our colleagues an amazing work/life balance!Job title: Business CoordinatorLocation: Regional Role - Croydon - Office based 3 days per week Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum dependent on experienceHours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to FridayContract: PermanentWe have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Business Coordinator.About the role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Business Coordinator, This position requires a diverse skill set encompassing data management, content creation, IT support, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various departments within the organisation.Responsibilities:Utilise Microsoft Access and Excel to organise, analyse, and maintain databases efficiently.Generate reports and produce key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate business metrics.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and updates.Write engaging newsletters and other communication materials to keep stakeholders informed about company updates and initiatives.Assist in creating and updating content for the company website to ensure relevance and accuracy.Serve as the first point of contact for resolving IT issues and providing technical assistance to employees.Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel if necessary.Assist in payroll processing and inputting data into our XD system.Coordinate office activities and handle general administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:Proven experience in data management using Microsoft Access and Excel.Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise content.Good IT knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Why join Outcomes First Group?
