Cooper Lomaz are currently partnered with a growing organisation based in Ipswich, who are currently seeking a business Credit Account Manager to join an expanding team due to recent business wins. This is a unique role which is a balance of client Credit Control as well as Account management and customer service-related activities.

Within this new position you will become responsible for a group of clients, where you shall be charged with credit control as well as managing a range of queries, case management reviews, credit reviews and requests for further services. This role will be well suited to applicants with excellent customer services as well as strong numerical / data skills, as you will be dealing with complex financial information on a daily basis.

Role Responsibilities:
To work with the Finance Department to ensure correct totals and interest charges are charged.
Escalate relevant accounts to appropriate stakeholders where necessary.
Contact customers in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with the appropriate policies and ensuring no reputation risk to the organisation.
To mitigate credit loss and preserve value by taking appropriate action on a case-by-case basis.
To action credit reviews that other parties have escalated.
Monitor and evaluate the escalated credit reviews and review process/es.
Review data provided by Credit reports and check on all early warnings.

Required Skills:

Professional and confident manner with a good understanding of recoveries.
An excellent communicator (both written and oral)
Able to act on your initiative while complying with company policies.
Strong analytical, administrative, and organisation skills and great attention to detail.
Able to deal with confrontation while remaining assertive.
