They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Crime & Regulatory Solicitor with a strong background in Financial Regulatory matters to join their esteemed team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2-4 PQE associate seeking the chance to navigate complex Financial Regulations and defend clients in high-stakes Business Crime cases.
Provide expert legal advice and representation in matters related to fraud, bribery, corruption, and money laundering
Handle regulatory investigations and proceedings involving financial regulatory bodies such as the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Serious Fraud Office (SFO)
Conduct internal investigations for corporate clients to identify and address potential regulatory breaches
Draft comprehensive legal documents, reports, and case files
Conduct thorough legal research and stay informed about developments in financial regulatory law and business crime
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored legal solutions and ongoing support
