This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the business development team, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help establish key partnerships to expand our business footprint in London and beyond.Duties and ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunitiesPrepare reports and summaries of market data to support decision-making processes.Provide administrative support to the business development team, including presentations and sales materials. Assist the senior bid coordinator with the preparation of business proposals.Support lead generation efforts through data collection, CRM management, and follow-up activities.Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.Skills RequiredPrevious experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a business development or sales environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM softwareProficiency in Adobe InDesign would be beneficial but not a requirement.
