Our well established client based in Salford is looking recruit a Business Development Consultant to join their team. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions that align with their needs.
  • Utilise software tools, including Hubspot, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales.

You will need

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, and able to used solution based selling
  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with software applications for managing customer relationships.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

This role is office based Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30
