Job Title: Business Development Executive - Automotive Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team in the dynamic automotive sector. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in driving our business forward by identifying new growth opportunities, establishing long-term relationships, and developing strategic partnerships within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive landscape, including industry trends, technologies, and market drivers, combined with exceptional communication and sales skills to effectively expand our presence and help achieve our ambitious growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify & Pursue New Opportunities: Conduct thorough market research and leverage industry insights to pinpoint fresh business prospects within the automotive sector. Actively engage in networking to uncover potential leads and new avenues for growth.

  • Develop & Maintain Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners within the automotive industry, ensuring a pipeline of sustainable business and long-term success.

  • Tailored Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present customized proposals that address the specific needs of potential clients in the automotive space. Highlight how our solutions can help optimize their operations, improve efficiency, and meet industry-specific challenges.

  • Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to create tailored offerings that leverage the latest automotive technologies, products, and services, ensuring they align with client needs and market demands.

  • Track & Analyze Business Metrics: Regularly track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and help maximize growth potential.

  • Utilize CRM Tools: Effectively manage leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities through Salesforce or other CRM systems. Ensure seamless follow-up, relationship management, and lead conversion to strengthen the client base.

  • Industry Networking: Represent the company at automotive industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Cultivate a strong professional network and keep up to date with the latest automotive trends and market shifts.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven Business Development Experience: Solid experience in business development or sales, preferably within the automotive sector. A deep understanding of automotive terminology, market trends, and industry dynamics is essential.

  • Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage leads, track customer interactions, and oversee business opportunities effectively.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with the capacity to engage and influence diverse audiences, including decision-makers in the automotive industry.

  • Team-Oriented with Independence: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams to create and deliver integrated solutions. Proactive problem-solving and innovative thinking are key.

  • Organizational Excellence: Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Relevant Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory. What matters most is your experience and passion for the automotive sector.

Additional Information:

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Pay: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 37.5 per week
  • Additional Pay: Performance bonus, Yearly bonus
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift (No weekends)
