Business Development Executive [telephone based]Fluent German and English language skills neededWe are recruiting a Business Development Executive [telesales based] for a leading homeware/cookware business, specializing in supplying top-tier products to the independent channel. This role is focusing on retail accounts in East Germany. Company Overview:Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing homeware and cookware brand dedicated to enhancing the lives of their customers through quality, innovative, and stylish products. They take pride in our commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. With a strong presence in the market, we are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand their reach within the independent retail sector in Germany.Although well established globally, they are in high growth phase in the German market with a solid plan and vision ahead of them. As a result, we are looking for someone entrepreneurial who is looking to grow and scale this role as the market and sales increase.Role and Responsibilities:As a Business Development Executive, you will be the driving force behind expanding our client's presence within the independent channel through primarily phone based contact. Your primary responsibilities will include:Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and buyers for independent retailers and local buying groups for the homeware channel. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and partner.Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and achieving sales targets. Present their premium luxury cookware offerings, highlighting their unique value proposition and benefits.Although this role is predominately a telesales based role, you will be required to attend in-person trade shows occasionally.Who we are looking forProven track record in business development and sales, within the independent retail channel is an advantage but not necessarily essential.Telesales experienceExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Fluent in German and EnglishThere salary is £35 000 - £40 000 plus bonus.This is just a snapshot of the role and opportunity, if you'd like to find out more please apply!
