Business Development Executive Major Talent are partnered with a global foodservice company, headquartered in the US and with a presence across Europe. We are looking to speak with sales people for an open Business Development Executive position. This is an onsite position Experience within foodservice is advantageous. What is important is your passion and hunger for a rewarding career in sales, we are really looking for a hunter who is not afraid to pick up the phone and sell As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for the market development and customer growth of the business through a combination of sales prospecting & sales presentations & proprietary equipment placement Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive Researching and identifying key opportunities, developing individual target accounts, establishing initial customer contacts, delivering over-the-phone and on-line sales presentations & product demonstrations with all key decision makers Processing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling & inbound lead follow-up to grow existing customer base of over 12,000 accounts globally. Achieve quarterly results in line with the Company s annual sales objectives & personal KPIs. Networking within the Hotel, Hospitality and Food & Beverage industries, proactively to develop relationships, build networks and drive overall business development. Maintain accurate customer data and record relevant customer contact activity in the Company s CRM Skills Required to be a Business Development Executive Proven sales experience with a demonstrable track record of success 2 years business development or sales experience Strong phone presence, with ability to close deals Excellent verbal and written communication skills What s in it for you?
