Job Title: Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Remote - with occasional travel to attend client meetingsSalary: £24-27k base (depending on experience) + commission based on targetsMonday to Friday 9:00am – 6:00pmOur client with over 100 years’ experience in the world of print, Service Graphics combines the most knowledgeable team with the most modern of technology. This has made them one of Britain’s biggest names in digital print.Role: Are you a commercially driven Business Development Specialist with a digital mindset, who is passionate about print culture and brand identity? If so, then this is the role for you. As part of product expansion, this role is newly created and comes complete with plenty of exciting projects to get your teeth into!This position will oversee customer onboarding and engagement with a strong focus on delivering qualified prospects to ensure new subscriber’s expansion and existing customer retention.The Business Development Specialist is a dynamic and attentive individual who is adept at relationship building, and a strong, decisive team player that builds a climate of service excellence by maximizing the performance of their area.Main Duties:Identify selling possibilities and suitable prospectsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking and social mediaCollaborate with sales team to evaluate existing company client’s portfolio and identify product prospectsSet up demo meetings with qualified leadsPrepare and run initial demo presentationsProvide customer service support, manage online demo requests and hello@mailboxManage portal prospects, produce visual diagrams/charts to illustrate progress and share with key stakeholdersCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data for key stakeholders and customersRecord sales figures and produce reportsSupport Account Manager up to the agreement sign offLiaise with suppliers on customer requirementsParticipate on behalf of the product in trade shows, exhibitions and eventsLiaise with marketing team on product campaigns and commsSupport Account Manager to increase engagement of existing subscribersSkills:- Experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role- Proficiency in English- Excellent knowledge of MS Office- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus (e.g. HubSpot)- Thorough understanding of marketing and sales techniques- Fast learner and passion for sales- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentationsIf you'd like to learn more about this role, please get in touch with Natalie!Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK.
