The Role:

You will be tasked with the day-to-day running of our additional services operations for your allocated Branches and will be accountable for the performance and results delivered by each of these. You will be expected to use your initiative to meet business targets and to focus the branches teams on their day-to-day tasks and objectives. You will also be required to work closely with the Director of additional services and the Group Managing Director.

Ultimately, you will be required to demonstrate extreme ownership of the Additional Services performance of the teams within your branches as well as the delivery of the commercial strategy attached to it these.

This role is suited to an enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated individual with a sales and management related background, who enjoys engaging with our customers, partner clients, sales teams, admin teams and senior management. You will be comfortable in customer facing environments and with business to business relationships.

You will work alongside, and report to, our Group Director for Additional Services, Dominic Barnes.

You will be based in one of our local offices surrounded by like-minded, bright, and outgoing people.

A driving licence is essential for this role due to branch visits and meetings.

Key Responsibilities ;

Daily morning meetings with Director.

Setting up and managing your default diary and structure for your days, weeks, and months.

Monthly Strategy meetings with Director and group Managing Director – you should look to personally develop ideas and strategies and deliver them in these meetings.

Weekly strategy evaluation meetings with Director that allow us to closely monitor our performance against the strategy we have agreed in our monthly meetings.

Become a key contact for our existing partners (Simply Conveyancing, GoTo Group, Virgin Media, Herrington Carmichael, Smart Advice, Henden Financial) as well as any new partners incorporated into the business by the Director.

Working closely with Director to ensure we are identifying and maximising lead and business opportunities across the group, with real focus on your allocated offices.

Ensure that your branches set targets for leads, sign ups and completions are achieved.

Lead team ring out sessions within your branches. These will be targeted at generating leads and instructions.

Produce strategies for areas of improvement within your branches and work with individual teams to implement these, providing the necessary training and development.

Ensure that new starters in your branches have been set up to succeed with a structured induction and training program.

Become Highly proficient with RPS as well as partners CRM’s.

Pay: OTE £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
