What you'll be doing!Executing a targeted business development strategy that drives penetration into installer networks to expand market share.Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with installers, ensuring they are not just customers but advocates of their products. Build a strong community of installers who are enthusiastic about their chargers.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies that resonate with both installers and wholesalers, generating excitement and demand for EV’s solutions.Provide product training, support, and resources to installers, ensuring they're well-equipped to promote and sell their products effectively.Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to continuously refine and optimize sales strategies.Deliver regular performance reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for driving further growth and market penetration.What you'll need!Experience with new business developmentExperience selling products into installer channelsHunger to be a high achieverSelf motivation and an ability to work autonomously as this is a field sales positionA valid UK driving licence (a company car will be provided) Ideally experience selling electrical products but this isn't a requirement
