In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and markets through research, networking, and cold calling to fill the sales pipeline.- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective new clients to understand their needs and assist in providing tailored solutions.- Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Sales Director and sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth and feedback to the Sales Director and regional sales managers.- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in strategy and execution.-Social Media: enhance brand visibility, create meaningful posts and ultimately drive business growthQualifications/Experience:- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (typically 2+ years).- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and commission structure.- Opportunities for professional development- A supportive and collaborative work environment.How to Apply:If you are a driven individual with a passion for business development, we would love to hear from you!
