Business Development Executive

Business Development Executive responsibilities include;




  • Engage with prospective organisations through strategic, value-based selling techniques

  • Drive Sales: Make professional outbound telesales calls to targeted prospects and major accounts, securing appointments and generating new business.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, win new business, and reactivate previous customers.

  • Pipeline and territory strategy development; engage in prospecting activity to drive pipeline creation

  • Position hardware and software solutions and articulate their value based upon customer's needs

  • Develop a deep knowledge of our solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits

  • As the business grows, develop and manage a growing sales team alongside the directors.



Background of Business Development Executive;




  • Demonstrable experience in New Business revenue in a B2B environment

  • Has a consultative approach to sales

  • Track record of consistent achievement of sales KPIs

  • Results driven and money motivated

  • Good understanding of online tools such as: LinkedIn, lead automation, data gathering, CRMs.

  • An interest in energy saving, greener solutions, eco-friendly, Electric Vehicle Charging, Solar Energy etc.
