This is a great opportunity for a passionate Business Development Executive to join a well established property technology firm. Your role will involve promoting the benefits of utilising their online auction service and promoting Auction Legal Packs. The main element of the role will be to promote this product to estate agents, to supplement the products and services that they already offer to their seller clients.
What the Business Development Executive will be doing:
- Achievement of new business targets through the generation of leads to be passed to the Sales team to convert to new clients across our range of services
- Converting some self generated leads into Instructions and maintaining an ongoing relationship
- Working with New and existing estate agents to encourage new instructions for auction
- Creating and finding new leads and building relationships with agents to create referral networks.
- Develop a strategy and plan to target different categories of clients, via social networks and by working in conjunction with the marketing head and the wider marketing team.
- Effectively managing the pipeline
- Ensuring effective client management and development across product lines to ensure retention and growth of revenue.
- Attending industry events
- Ensuring the development of clients as referrers and advocates.
- Targeting new clients.
- Assist with onboarding new clients
What the Business Development Executive will bring:
- Previous experience in the estate agency industry desirable
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Outgoing and confident personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
What the Business Development Executive will get in return:
You will receive a basic salary �25,000 with an OTE of �35,000, hybrid working, and private healthcare.
