Due to the continued growth of the business, our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and a team player who is looking to grow in their sales career. In return you will receive full training and ongoing support, giving you the tools to succeed in this role.
Our client aims to be the premier provider of home improvement services, producing quality double glazing in the whole of the Midlands.
What we need from you as a Business Development Executive:
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar sales role from any industry
Able to generate your own leads and possess an eagerness to search for and find new customers
Driving license essential
Good team player but also able to work alone
Customer focussed, friendly and approachable
Attention to detail, professional outlook
Good level of IT skills

What the role involves:
Generating your own leads by carrying out research, making calls, and booking appointments
Visiting customers on our behalf to introduce our products and services
Showroom duty on rota
Produce and process accurate contracts
Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings
All admin associated with the role

Salary/hours: £25,562 per year, plus commission OTE £40K. Working Monday to Friday 8am 5pm.
