We are now looking for two driven Business Development Executives to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on identifying business opportunities and generating leads.
Working with the Business Development Manager, youll build lasting customer relationships and support the technical sales team to close business deals. Youll engage with new and warm leads over the phone, bypass gatekeepers, drive growth and identify new opportunities.
Youll work collaboratively with the Marketing, Customer services, Operations, Technical and Administration departments to increase converted sales for existing customers, achieve quality targets and ensure objectives are being met.
Additionally, you will:
- Maintain accurate data within the CRM system
- Create a pipeline of qualified leads
- Research customers and potential markets
- Conduct sales follow-up calls
- Forecast and achieve personal sales targets
About You
To be considered as a Business Development Executive, you will need:
- Sales experience
- Experience updating and maintaining a CRM system
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- A positive, resilient attitude
- At a minimum, GCSEs in Maths at English at level 4 (Grade C) or equivalent
