Working for a highly sucessful Logistics company, you will work alongside a Business Development Manager to help generate qualified leads through a variety of channels, ensuring that the BDM has a solid pipeline to work with.

Job role of the Business Development Executive:
- Sales calls to prospective or lapsed clients
- Prospect for leads and perform cold-calling to build a strong pipeline
- Confident using different methods for generating leads (cold calls / email / social media / events etc)
- Book meetings for the business development team.
- Understand the customers' needs and tailor the service to their needs
- Update customers about new launches and record customers reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends.
Who/what are we looking for?
- Outbound telesales experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacity and ability to handle rejection.
- Knowledge of sales software and CRM systems
- Resilient and positive nature
- Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
