Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of �40k+ DOE. The ideal candidate will be based in our clients Yeovil office, though we are open to strong candidates working from our Bridgwater office.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

• Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships
• Work with a CRM system, ideally with experience in implementing or creating a CRM
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute effective business development strategies
• Report on business development activities, track progress, and analyse results to improve performance

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

1. Proven experience in a business development role
2. CRM experience is essential, preferably having been involved in its implementation or creation
3. Strong communication, networking, and organisational skills
4. The ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
5. No legal industry experience is required
