About the Role:As a Business Development Executive, youll:
Identify, onboard, and nurture new clients, building strong relationships across your market.
Use a consultative approach to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs.
Manage a high-performing sales pipeline and ensure seamless client handovers to the account development team.
Collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.
Attend industry events to network and expand market knowledge.

What Were Looking For:
2+ years of consultative, solution-based B2B sales experience (ideally in tech or IoT).
Proven success in achieving targets and onboarding high-value clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence engaging with decision-makers at all levels.
A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.

Location: Maidenhead - 3 Times a week Salary: Up to 32000 basic + £22000 Commission ( £54,000 OTE Uncapped )
