Position Overview: We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in expanding our client portfolio within the construction and civils sector, whilst nurturing existing relationships to foster sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction and civils sector, both onshore and offshore.


• Develop and execute strategic plans to engage new clients and expand business opportunities.


• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements.


• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.


• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.


• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and necessary paperwork required to secure business, with support from the marketing team.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record in business development, ideally within the construction and civil engineering industry, although specific industry experience is not essential.


• An understanding of construction and civil engineering processes, technologies, and market trends would be advantageous.


• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Willingness to travel as needed.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferred but not essential.
