Salary: £35,000 + DOE
Uncapped commission, realistic OTE Year 1 £50,000+

We have a superb opportunity to join a growing business as an experienced Business Development Manager to join their organisation and take over a portfolio of existing clients within your own region.
You will not be building your desk from scratch: our client is an established industry leader with a strong brand and excellent reputation, with several projects already confirmed and a substantial quote bank. Although there is a strong element of account management and relationship building, you still need to have the desire and capability to find new clients, generate new opportunities and maximise business.
You will be working from a brand-new office space located just outside of Northampton, complete with state-of-the-art kitchen and onsite gym; there will be travel (quarterly) to visit clients within your region but otherwise the role is office-based - if seeking a remote or field sales position then this won't be for you.
