My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join their rapidly growing company. They are looking for a strong Business Development Executive�to help grow the business and reap the rewards.�



The ideal candidate will lead the�account�development and penetration strategy for assigned customers in a variety of market sectors. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and book leads for the field sales team. The Role:�Business Development Executive



The Hours:�Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30



Location:�Hassocks



Salary:� �30,000 - �40,000 - Plus commission



Job role





  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions for the clients Telecoms.



  • Generate leads through effective prospecting, networking, and building strong customer relationships.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.

  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and objections.

  • Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.





Candidate requirements:





  • Experience in a sales telco environment




  • Self motivated




  • Proficient in CRM softwares




  • Good telephonic manner�
