Location: Verwood, Dorset
Salary: �28,875 + Bonus Scheme

We're working with a forward-thinking business to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their high-energy outbound sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and wants to make a real impact.

The Role

You'll be responsible for reaching out to new customers following recent orders-so no cold calling! Every customer you contact already knows who we are. Your mission? To turn one-off buyers into loyal repeat customers, while identifying future business opportunities, potential projects, and e-procurement leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure repeat orders from new customers

  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

  • Educate customers on the full product offering

  • Uncover new purchasing contacts within accounts

  • Identify potential procurement projects and opportunities

  • Generate and share quality business leads with the wider sales team
