The Business Development Manager Role:

This is an excellent opportunity to join the UK sales team in a Senior BDM / Business Development Sales role where you will have autonomy and ownership for further developing their client base within UK Accountancy Practices. Supported by a lead generation function, as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for both the proactive growth of existing and development of new sales accounts. Working closely with global marketing, you are a strong, relationship builder with a consultative sales approach to nurture through to a sales close.

Responsible for owning the sales into UK accountancy practices from a new business perspective
Managing inbound enquiries and proactive, outbound engagement with clients within SME, mid-market and corporate accountancy practices
Driving sales for their finance and accounting outsourcing solutions in a consultative, professional and responsible manner
Your Experience as Business Development Manager:

Ideally, you will have experience of either selling services or solutions into accountancy practices or have sales experience within outsourcing solutions, perhaps into a different client sector.

The Business Development Manager Remuneration:

This is an important role in the business with a basic salary of £50-60,000 and an OTE of £80,000+ Uncapped in year 1. You will also receive a laptop, mobile phone, healthcare, pension and remote working.
