Business Development Manager Aggregates
Job Title: Business Development Manager Aggregates & Waste Removal Services
Industry Sector: Aggregates, Bagged Aggregates, Aggregates, Concrete, Crushed Concrete, Asphalt, Builders Merchants, Merchants, Groundworkers, Housebuilders, Construction Companies, Area Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager
Area to be covered: Flexible on location ideally (Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Northampton regions)
Remuneration: up to £40,000 + uncapped commission circa £7,500 first year
Benefits: company pickup/ truck or £6,000 allowance & benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager Aggregates & Waste Removal Services will involve:
Area Sales Manager position selling aggregates and muck away services
Majority of your time will be spent selling to groundworkers
The remaining portion will be spent selling to concrete plants, builders merchants and housebuilders
Turnover target circa £200k per month - £20k gross margin
Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Aggregates & Waste Removal Services with:
Must have sales experience in the aggregates or waster removal industry ideally both
Must have strong new business skills
Plenty of energy, passion and self-motivation
Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Computer literate
Full UK driving license
