They are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join their team. This role involves a mix of warm and proactive outreach, leveraging their extensive client database and data platforms. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding their client base, presenting workspace solutions, and negotiating directly with landlords to secure the best possible terms for their clients.
Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by building a pipeline of qualified leads and engaging prospective clients.
  • Leverage client databases and data subscriptions to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Assess client needs, perform up-to-date valuations, and negotiate terms with landlords on clients' behalf.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients & landlords, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet client requirements at every stage of the process.

Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the property or commercial sector.
  • Business Development: Strong experience in developing and implementing new business strategies.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach to negotiations.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Data Skills: Competent in data management and CRM tools for effective client tracking and engagement.
