This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on shaping the future of innovative solutions. Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, inbound marketing, and market research. Contribute to strategic planning and comprehensive sales strategies.Client Engagement and Management: Schedule meetings, understand client needs, present solutions, close deals, and achieve sales targets. Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through continuous engagement and support.Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare tailored proposals and tender responses. Negotiate and manage client contracts, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.Community and Relationship Building: Organise and participate in community events, client meetings, and industry conferences. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Mentor junior sales team members and collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and improve execution.Sales Reporting and Optimisation: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, update senior management on performance and trends, and continuously review and optimise the sales process for efficiency.Product Demonstrations and Client Training: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
