Leading national electronic security installer are seeking a new�business development manager to help expand their client base.The client are a market leading installer who specialise in the provision of Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Fire alarm solutions. Any relevant experience within this industry would be seen as a big advantage, however the client will consider candidates with solid sales backgrounds in similar markets such as M&E, Communications etc.



Role Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Development Strategy.

  • Achieve agreed sales targets within specified timeframes.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to establish and pursue new business priorities.

  • Identify and address commercial and contractual issues related to new business.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover of newly secured work.

  • Adhere to pricing and technical parameters set by the company.

  • Provide regular reports on activities, targets, and prospects.

  • Leverage internal resources (marketing, technical, commercial) to meet objectives.

  • Support best practice Health and Safety initiatives.

  • Gain a thorough understanding of industry equipment and standards.

  • Participate in Sales Team meetings and other management meetings as required.

  • Escalate significant risks and opportunities to the Sales Director.
