Your daily tasks will involve becoming familiar with their range of products and services, as well as being accountable for assigned customers from the outset. Business Development Manager - Responsibilities:Specialise in selling a range of services across diagnostics, wearables, glucose monitoring, patchesSupervise Sales, Business Development, and Marketing efforts Concentrate on innovative sales solutions that the company deploys for its customersEngage in the expansion of the business domainExhibit superior consulting skills and a comprehensive understanding of your customers' challengesStay up-to-date with the inquiries that are crucial to your customers, and identify emerging needs and challenges early on, while demonstrating how to address them on a personalised basisProcurement of projects and oversight of the complete sales processAssist in creating customised solutions, engaging with colleagues from diverse departments, and coordinating joint activities - internal interdepartmental collaboration will also be a key aspect of your job Business Development Manager - Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, or a Life Science area, or an equivalent degreeIdeally a strong CRO and Scientific backgroundExperience prospecting new accounts and winning business Experience in Business Development or Key Accounts managementExperience in converting a high degree of customer orientation and excellent advice into sales success and long-term customer relationshipsTechnical market knowledge and subject matter expertise Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written Mantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
