Business Development Manager (m/f/d)We are pleased to be able to recruit a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) in order to expand our market share by acquiring new customers and maintain strong relationships with all key customers and prospects across Europe. This role is within the GmbH Sales function for our Professional Brand LiftMaster, reporting to our Director New Business and Sales. The tasks can be carried out remotely in Europe (preferably in UK and Ireland). In addition to business travel to our office in Saarbruecken, Germany, this position requires business travel (70%) to partners and customers throughout Europe.Your Tasks:Create and oversee a pipeline with prospects to achieve Sales Targets with close tracking and reportingSupport and growth of certain key accounts (OEM & distributors) in accordance with the sales strategyResponsibility for a defined sales budget with continuous review and derivation of measures to achieve targetsObservation of the market and competition with derivation and development of unique selling points, target group arguments and business opportunities in accordance with the strategyContinuously securing profitable condition contracts and business relationships in collaboration with Product Management and Customer OperationsConduct projects and programs to generate sales of LiftMaster products to target conversion accountsCreating and conducting presentations of our company and the LiftMaster brandYour Qualifications:Completed degree (Bachelor) or comparable educationSeveral years of professional experience in Business Development (2+ years)Fluent knowledge of English any other European languages is an advantageHunter mentality, affinity for business developmentExperience in dealing with major customers (OEM, distributors, B2B,)Strong communication and negotiation skills to be able to build long-term, good relationshipsExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and business acumen Highly motivated with good planning, organization, and prioritization skillsYour benefits:Work in a hard-working, international and friendly teamAttractive total compensation packageInteresting and varied work environment with flat hierarchiesFlextime & mobile work
