Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from a Healthcare / Clinical / Pharmaceutical background looking for a dynamic role within a well-established, family run company offering you the chance to take control of your own patch while providing full product training and further progression opportunities to Senior level?

This company markets and distributes medical products focused on stoma care, urology & continence care, and wound care. They work closely with healthcare professionals and directly with patients to ensure high-quality care and support. Due to a coworker moving on, they are looking for someone to join the sales team of 5 and take the role forward.

In this dynamic role, you will promote the company's product range through hospitals, community outlets, and wholesalers. Managing your Southern territory, you will achieve sales targets, identify market opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include product presentations, regular customer visits, collaboration with healthcare teams, and reporting market changes. Your week will be split between working from home and fieldwork, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

The Role:

The Person:

  • Business Development Manager or similar
  • Healthcare / Pharmaceutical / Clinical background
  • Full driver's license
  • Willing to cover a Southern Patch
