We are seeking an experienced Internal Mortgage Business Development Manager who has experience within Advice or as a Business Development Manager position respectively. Our client is an award-winning Mortgage Network in Manchester who have sold over 120,000 products and has 75 appointed representatives within the network itself. They are the principal of choice for Advisors, providing exceptional, bespoke support who are now looking to expand their headcount.This unique role would see the successful applicant look to grow the network of advisors by utilising their extensive experience and sector reach. Salary up to £45,000 DOE - £65,000 OTE (uncapped) Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pmKey Responsibilities:Look to build relationships with prospective appointed representatives, gauging their needs and developing future proposalsUndertaking recruitment and processes of all the prospective appointed representativesIdentifying new business and headhunting opportunities to attract appointed representatives to the networkMaintaining and developing relationships with currently appointed representativesAttending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trendsPossess a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioningPlay a pivotal role in helping the business achieve company growth plansQualifications:Background in business development, preferably within the mortgage or financial services sector / Mortgage Advice experience (whole of market) who is looking for an opportunity within Business DevelopmentProven track record of meeting and exceeding personal Sales targets with excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong networking exposure with the confidence to present at conferences and networking eventsResults-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targetsCeMAP qualified or previous experience as a mortgage advisor is preferred but not essentialWhy Join:With a steadfast commitment to innovation, client satisfaction, and professional growth, our client offers a supportive and collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to excel.
