Salary:  £30,000/Annum- OTE £45K + Car Allowance + Generous Bonus/Commission Package

What You’ll Do:

As our Business Development Manager, you will:

Execute a Strategic Plan: Develop and implement a 12-month strategy with a proactive sales and marketing approach.

Secure New Business: Utilize your expertise to attract and win new contracts.

Cultivate Relationships: Collaborate with our current teams and clients to maintain and enhance existing relationships.

Promote Our Brand: Strengthen Metropolitan’s reputation while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in winning new business within the security sector.

Sector Knowledge: Background in the security industry is desirable but not essential.

Exceptional Skills: Outstanding presentation, communication, and leadership abilities.
