Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities for Business Development Manager:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent support to existing customers and build long-lasting relationships.
- New Sales: Develop sales across a variety of sectors, including Fleet, Industrial, Agriculture, and Off-road.
- Portfolio Growth: Build and maintain a portfolio of new customers using tailored sales presentations.
- Order Management: Submit orders based on pricing lists and maintain accurate records.
- Planning: Organize daily work schedules and achieve sales targets.
Ideal Candidate for Business Development Manager:
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven sales experience; previous experience in industrial product distribution is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualifications: Sales qualification and IT proficiency are advantageous.
- Personal Qualities: A resilient, customer-focused individual who is a team player and able to work independently.
