The company is seeing substantial and continued exponential growth and its a very good time to join.Job Title: Business Development ManagerTerritory: East MidlandsPackage: £35-40K (wiggle room for right person) – Top sales person made 40K commission – car allowance £550 per month – Incentive trip for 15% over target. New York this year. Has been Dubai and Vegas. - Commission based entirely on New business – £900K TargetThe Job:The main element of the role is to sell a range of medical equipment into Theatres, Critical Care Departments and A&E but not limited to theseYou will liaise and sell to multiple stockholders such critical care nurses, surgeons, consultants, paramedics and procurement etcThis is 100% a new business role but have accounts already in place with the majority of hospitals so this is about upselling new products into those accountsThe Person:This is a business a development position and the client is looking for the best sales people on the market regardless of background or industry experience - someone who is from an FMCG type sales background would be ideal.Will need to have x3 years field sales experience selling multiple products lines and have a track record of successYou must be able to talk to people at all levels and have a hunter but consultative approachIf you are interested please do send an updated CV over to ##### and I will call you straight back to discuss.
