Due to business growth, we are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth. You will be joining our highly successful sales team who are passionate about helping care providers to provide better quality of care through adopting proven digital transformation. With experience in direct software sales, you will develop and execute strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve long-term business objectives.This is a remote position responsible for your own territory.What you'll do:Manage and build relationships with prospects at a senior levelManage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing dealsIdentify opportunities to sell the full portfolio of PCS products and servicesDevelop and deliver compelling demos to potential customersDevelop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets​​​​Maintain CRM systems (HubSpot and DealHub) with accurate sale informationWhat you'll bring:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven experience selling multi product technology/SAAS solutionsResults-driven with experience achieving agreed revenue targets- able to demonstrate your level of performance against peers in previous roles – e.g. top performer, elite club winner etcExcellent presentation skills and credibility to manage stakeholders at all levelsExperience working within a scale up or high growth tech business would benefit this role.An understanding of technology and practical application of this within a health/care setting would be an advantage.What we offer:We are a certified Great Place to Work!
