Our client is a leading provider of cutting-edge industrial equipment solutions, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our industrial equipment division. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the industrial market and a proven track record of cultivating and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial equipment sector, including forging partnerships and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with new and existing clients.
Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the industrial equipment industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the industrial equipment market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
