Responsibilities:

• Target prospective customers and build relationships


• Maintain contact with customers, identify product gaps


• Contact lapsed customers to resolve issues


• Follow up on enquiries and deals


• Support Area Sales Manager with tasks to build sales growth

Requirements:

• Experience in phone-based sales


• Proactive selling and identifying growth opportunities


• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong determination and resilience


• Proficient in various IT systems


• Confident negotiating techniques


• Strong organisational ability
